Implementing Xmas windows with a small budget, was challenging but very inspirational. These windows were launched for a small retailer in the UAE.

Watlings Windows on a budget
I am a Visual Manager for a small fashion brand located across the UAE. With successful growth across the region, we are planning to spread to other regions and open more stores.
my role involves, the merchandising concept for all stores, researching the market, finding new ways to push the brand in to newer regions. Upholding a strong marketing concept, with vast competition across the UAE, it is vital that I am planning newer marketing strategies.
However, my favourite part of the job, is designing the window displays, coming up with new concepts each season to fit in with the market and importantly to stay ahead of the competition. Creating window displays for all stores I am to a very tight budget, so it always important for me to seek the best resources and to be as creative with dynamic ideas.
Each season, I will be posting new concepts of my window displays.....I hope you ENJOY!!!!!
